By purchasing artwork from Alabaster Box Naturals and GALLERIA DUPUIS, the customer agrees to the following terms:
• All sales are final. Due to the nature of original and limited‑edition artwork, no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted under any circumstances.
**ALL ARTWORK MUST BE MAILED ONLY**
• Shipping & delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer. All buyers must pay the gallery dupuis processing/delivery fee prior to purchasing the art (which is not included with your purchase) to cover shipping, handling, and any applicable delivery or freight charges. Alabaster Box Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by CARRIERS AND does not GUARANTEE a delivery time.
• No reproduction or photocopying of artwork. All artwork is protected under U.S. Copyright Law. Any copying, scanning, printing, photographing for reproduction, or digital duplication is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized reproduction will result in immediate legal action to protect the artist’s intellectual property.
• Artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a physical piece does not grant rights to reproduce, resell prints, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.
• Color and texture variations may occur. Due to lighting, screen differences, and the handmade nature of original art, slight variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds or disputes.
• Damage during transit. If damage occurs during shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Alabaster Box Naturals is not liable for carrier mishandling.
